Conditions for the return of items.
Any item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If a visual defect is found on any item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours. Original paintings are excluded from this policy but all A4/A3 prints and slates are covered.
How to return items.
All items must be returned with a completed returns form. We do not offer free returns, and it is your responsibility to return item(s). We will issue you with a returns form and an address for you to send the item to.
Refunds.
Upon receipt of the item(s), we will send you a confirmation that everything is present and check that the item(s) are in their original condition. If we determine that the items are not in their original condition, then you are not eligible for a refund. In compliance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will refund the value of the item within fourteen calendar days after return.
